Last Monday night for FHE the kids decorated a gingerbread house. They had fun being creative as you can see by the pictures. It actually turned out kind of cute. Most importantly the kids had a good time & we had fun watching them eating some of the candy & making a mess! :)

I'm impressed. I tried making one of those with a family I was babysitting as a teen...needless to say it was a complete disaster. I haven't tried one since. Bravo kiddos! :)
We do this every year. I am doing ours when school is out for the break. It is so fun. Last year my cousin brought her little boy who was 3 and he ate more frosting than he put on the ginger bread house.
